OUR SUPPORT

Global Standard Processing strives to make its Web sites as informative and user-friendly as possible. However, if you require additional information or assistance, our staffs are always stand-by to provide you the support you may need at any time. For additional services you may like to consider adding to your current Merchant Account, please refer to the following extra supporting services we are proud to offer to our valued merchants.
Extra accounts
Merchants wishing to be settled in multiple currencies can open additional accounts at reduced cost per account. The standard currencies available are EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, DKK, NOK, and SEK. Additional currencies are available upon request.

Another reason for opening extra accounts is naming convention: extra accounts allow you to use differing names for differing activities, locations or services lines on your customers' financial statements.
Extra settlements
As a rule your account with Global Standard Processing is settled twice a week. Dependent on your transaction volumes and/or average transaction size, more frequent settlements, up to 3 times per week, can be arranged.
Customized Reporting
In addition to the elaborate reporting already implemented in our service offering, you may require specific reporting formats, to match your internal information structure. Global Standard Processing developed a range of formats, which may fit your business needs even better and which can be added to the standard reporting.
Additional views in Merchant Interface
Typically a merchant is supplied one access password to the Merchant Interface, allowing for monitoring and managing processing statuses on a per order basis. For larger organizations, or in case of multiple accounts, additional views may be practical. Global Standard Processing can provide you both with additional read-only views, as well as a master view over all your accounts in a consolidated interface.
Continuity Monitoring
As a standard ingredient of its Payment Service, Global Standard Processing continuously monitors the functioning of its own systems and reports incidents, if any. Nevertheless, a failure on the other side of the connection can affect your ability to do business just as well. With the Continuity Monitoring service, Global Standard Processing monitors your incoming order stream and automatically notifies you if traffic intensity drops below pre-set criteria.
Administrative Training
Outsourcing your payment handling to Global Standard Processing affects some of your business processes. Your employees need to learn (to some extent) how Global Standard Processing's process engine works, what information they can expect, in what reporting format and frequency, what questions to expect from your customers, how to claim support, etc. While default information is made available upon connection, it is also possible to arrange for training of your personnel in person, at your site.
